Purchasing Clerk

ITS Inc. Global Electronics Distributor - Encinitas, CA






We are seeking an organized, experienced procurement specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will research and negotiate the best price and quality for our supply needs. You will establish relationships and serve as a representative of the company when negotiating contracts and building vendor and supplier trust as well as track and monitor the delivery and confirmation of all materials and supplies.

The Purchasing Clerk is responsible to buy all stock items. Buy online and by phone. Communicate with vendors and track orders. Create excel sheets and reports. Be able to navigate through Word and Outlook. Customer service experience is a Must.

Performing all purchasing related functions including but not limited to:

Buying
Contract management
Inventory level management
Supplier research

Responsible for:

On time delivery
Cost savings
Supplier performance


Job Qualifications:

2-3 years previous Buyer experience
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
